Traditional Thailand Massage (also known as Thai Yoga Massage)
This nurturing work consists of slow rhythmic compressions on the muscles, deep flowing stretches, and acupressure to elongate and release the body. Benefits include increased circulation, improved flexibility, relieved joint tension, mental clarity, energy and general well-being. This massage is traditionally enjoyed lying on a floor mat wearing loose comfortable clothing, without oils or lotions, and can also be received on a massage table.
Thai Foot Massage
Balance your body by focusing on your feet and lower legs to improve circulation, induce relaxation, and stimulate the body’s energy points. This spa experience includes a lemongrass foot soak and bath, fresh lime exfoliation, and special Thai white mud mask for the legs known for its cooling and healing properties, as well as for softening the skin.
