Yoga 101 - Basic yoga instruction for newcomers.
Hatha Yoga - Our beginning level class; builds strength, flexibility, coordination as a foundation for vinyasa flow and other styles.
Gentle Yoga - Focus on stretching, relaxation, and centering the mind.
Deep Relaxation- incorporates guided imagery, gentle breathing techniques, mindfulness meditation techniques and principles, and restorative yoga poses.
Yoga for Backs - focuses on stretching and strengthing in ways to address common back issues. (Friday 9:15 am class prenatal appropriate)
Yoga Alignment -Draws from Iyengar Yoga principles to create proper alignment in the body through careful strengthening and stretching.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga- builds strength, balance, flexibiity, through yoga postures that flow from one to another.
Healing & Meditation - energy healing and mediation techniques for calming, destressing and healing.
Ashtanga Yoga-This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures. The result is improved circulation, a light & strong body, and a calm mind.
Sculpt/ Cardio-A full body workout with a yoga warm-up. Combines Cardio and sculpting w/ or w/out weights. Bring water and a towel. Location: Villa La Jolla Park on the corner of Via Mallorca and Via Marin.
