Located in the UTC/La Jolla area of San Diego, our studio is small, intimate, and not heated. Our class sizes range from 8-15 thus allowing for personal attention and an overall feeling of wellbeing and comfort. We have been located in La Jolla, Ca. since 2002 and is easily accesed off the freeway as we are not in the village. Our specialty is  compassionate, high-quality instruction for all levels of health and fitness. We provide a friendly, non-intimidating atmosphere for your personal growth. If you commit to your process of wellness through regular practice, we can help guide you on your personal journey toward discovering and maintaining your best potential.
